> Forget the T610 & 7250i.....now i want a 6600!

some of you may remember i post a msg 2 weks ago asking you guys whether i should buy a t610 or a 7250i.
after reading the comments i recieved and the advice from friends i decided that the 7250i was the phone to replace my current 7210.
however all this changed when i saw pictures of the nokia 6600 and i read its very impressive spec! its got everythin i need...big memory, good screen, high res' camera & video recorder and it even has BLUETOOTH (somethin the 7250i didnt have!) !!!
it kicks the ass of a t610 and the 7250i. the only other fone is the p800, although its a good phone the size and weight are a big turn off for me!
so it looks like my for ever changing mind has changed again and a nokia 6600 is no.1 on my most wanted list!
what do u guys think...should i go 4 it? anything i need to know about this phone?
please let me now asap.....cheers!
p.s. it says its due to be released in the 4th quarter of 2003. when is the 4th quarter....i mean what month is it? and does anyone know the UK price for a 6600?

This is derived by splitting the 12 months of the year into 4 quarters. 4 into 12 goes 3... so each quarter is 3 months!

Another thing is the keypad from hell, and the fact that i get really bad vaporware vibes from it..
RE. The Nokia... maybe when they offer it for €100 with a 12-month contract..

6600 is just a fatty and cartoonish looking phone......very ugly !! Does not look professional at all...........very plasticty.........I won't even hold it in my hand ! Yak !

The Nokia 6600 is on a par with other smart phones and can't really be compared to the t610, however it will be good. I was contemplating the 6600 but bought the t610 and I'm very happy with it. I'll wait till next year when the 6600 goes down in price or I'll wait till SE release the successor to the t610, which is bound to have a video recorder tft screen, better camera and upgradeable memory.

If someone has decided to buy either 6600 or T610, of course he/she can compare these two phones to decide which one he/she wants.
Of course it isn't fare to T610 to compare these two in a spec-wise, since 6600 beats it hands down and blind folded. If you compare the price and size, the situation is vice versa.

Actually I don't agree... T610 beats Nokia 6600 in every single point
right now...cause you can't buy Nokia 6600 it's not released.
Thats one of the many reasons it's not fare to compare these two phones, one exist the other don't.
Let's compare phones that do exist instead.
This thread is prolly of no use anyway when Nokia 6600 finally is released cause then there will be plenty of other phones to compare with when desiding what to get.
