How and where can I downloadand change the "Message Tone" when I received a SMS or any other messages?

You can't download new SMS tones unfortunately, you're stuck with the ones you get on the phone.

why not? isnt it great to have a customisable message alert tone?

almost all brand of cell phones have this function, right?

This is a more burning problem for me, cuz my sms alert tones have disappeared and now I only have, the 'click' voice whether I recieve a message.
