hi!
I've just got my T610 and I noticed that the screen isn't placed straight. It's tilted to one side. I've noticed it after couple of hours so it's not visible at first time... but now it's verry annoying.
Does my warranty cover it? Will SE try to fix it or will they replace the phone?

You have a 30 day Early Life Failure Safe Guard that will replace the handset with a brand new unit (unless out of stock in which case you will get a refurbished unit.. SE will still tell you its brand new)..
Tell them it was like it out of box..

I've just contacted SE Service Point here in Poland and they told me that they will try to fix it (I have a very unpleasant experience with Nokia's serice fixing my phone's display). If that wont help (or they will not be able to fix it), they will send it to a central service point. So... propably I'm staying with this phone. Maybe I can exchange it in my GSM Operator (ERA) - this is where I bought it. But I don't thing it is possible. Our law says that If someone sold me something and It does not work correctly - he can exchange it or TRY TO FIX IT.

I've found that it's very rare to get a replacement handset nowadays. My

T610 developed a bluetooth problem in the first 2 days and Orange (network provider and supplier of phone) wouldn't replace it. I could send it off for repair if I liked. Yeah, right, buy a new phone and send it away for a Month. I ended up taking it to a Service Centre where the Firmware was flashed and problem solved.

nope. In case of T610 the THING is less noticeable - but... I'm just the type of guy who always finds something wrong...
Sagem is going bye bye... it's not my problem any more.
Isn't the world a small place?
