I use thumbsplus which supports batch operations (i.e. the same action on multiple files).

With any package I would guess you would still have to do the copy to P800 yourself after the resizing operation.

Windows XP Pro.......if you have installed the latest updates to the Operating System.

Just put all the piccies in one directory, right click, and then options will appear to allow you to resize and you can do a batch.

And it's all free

What latest update? I thought the "Windows Update" site only dealt with security, languages and drivers.

Where would I download this?

I dont think it's a very good idea to just resize all the photo's unless they are pretty much the same shape as the p800's screen. Otherwise you will end up with stretched/squashed images. That's why I don't see doing it in batch as very useful...

I use photoshope to trim the images and select the parts that I want with roughly the right shape, then I resize the image...

but hey, if you think the images will look allright then do what people have said above....

Paint allows you to crop the images.

then you can resize to

208 X 320

your sorted Paint is the way to go paint rules!

I went to Reading Festival on Sunday and I want to resize 200 images I took with my P800 while I was there, then upload them to my site. The images are too big for thumbs at the moment, but ideal for the larger version.

What can I download as a Win XP update to allow me to mass-resize these images?
