I have my old phone book from another phone in csv file
I want to upload that into my sony ericsson
Which one phonebook manager can do that ?

Import the csv into Outlook (alternatively use vcard in case you are unable to import csv). Then use XTND ConnectPC to synchronize your phone with Outlook. You can download the necessary software (pack 1.5.7) from the T610 global support page.
