> T610 - Help a newbie with the Sunlight issue
Bookmark topic
Hi everyone. I'm interested in buying the T610 since it is small, has a reasonable camera and the best design around, but i'm very afraid in buying it 'cos i've in every review i've read, they say the screen is unreadable in sunlight. Please, is this really true or you can actually read it but not as cleary as in a shaded place ?
Is there a way to minimize the problem ? ( maybe a special cover made for t610 )?
Please, i love the phone, but i don't want to spend 400 Euros on a mobile that i can't see the screen during daylight !!!!

many people have different ways of reading the screen in sunlight. from choosing a high contrast theme to pointing the screen so the sun is directly on it. you will find an omptimal viewing angle for your phone.
TBH i dont find it that much of a problem. altho some people do.

there are 2 things that you can do to make the screen look better in the sun light.
1: set theme to classique
2: disable background light
thats the only 2 things that we know by now that could help you.

The reviews you've read are true I'm afraid. However, I don't find it as bad as some people make out. In direct sunlight the screen does become harder to read but not impossible. The plus side is the screen isn't as power hungry as some handsets on the market.
Overall I'm very happy with my

T610.
You're now faced with a very tough decision, good luck!

I don't find any problem at all reading my screen under bright sunlight ! Just turn your phone in a good viewing angle and should be fine !

Use a light colour background, that helps a lot!

I read loads of reviews pointing this out too, but I still bought the phone and don't regret it. There are ways round it and its not that bad!

You could move to a place where the sun never shines..
