Just curious if there are any other uses for the Bluetooth headsets. Can you use them on a computer (granted you have a bluetooth connection on your computer)?

good question, it would be nice if you can use it on the computer, like for gaming or web cam sessions. It would be cool if they can implement that.

You can use BT headset for webcam/Netmeeting. At least HBH30 and Plantronics M3000.
I can only guarantee this to be true with the above mentioned headsets and MSI-dongle under XP Pro though.

I have also used the bluespoon digital with Win XP and Gigabyte Bluetooth Dongle. It works cool, since you can define as sound input (microphone) and output (speaker) the bluespoon which means that it is available for conferencing (net meeting, yahoo), telephoning (over ISDN) or any other purpose you need a microphone and sound output from your computer.

I use my headsets with my PC (HBH-15 and 35). I have a billionton BT dongle that supports the headset profile. When I want to transfer the audio to the headset I go to "multimedia" in control panel and change my audio playback device to "Bluetooth audio".
