Yes, there is an official announcement on the SE press site here which says

"In conjunction with Sony Dreamworld, being held in Paris September 4-7, Sony Ericsson will host a press conference in the morning of September 3 to preview new fun and stylish products and to discuss trends in mobile imaging and entertainment."

And they will show T620 and Z600 in public on in paris show the 4 of september. I will be there to play with these new phones!!!!!!!!!!
