i'm upgrading my software to R3B... im currently using R1F. i was wondering that will my data be secure after the upgrade. stuff like sms, contacts, reminders etc...or will that be erased on doing a firmware upgrade? and if so, wat way can i backup my data?

When I got my t68i upgraded I didnt lose anything, but I've just got my p800 done and lost it all!
So I'm not sure if u will, maybe other users with the same phone can answer?

No u cant, you have to take your phone to an SE Service Point and get them to flash it for you.
