Once you have installed the SE Communications Suite, connect your Cradle to your PC and then your P800 to the cradle.

Then you will see a little icon right besides the Clock on the bottom right of the screen.

Now you can start the My P800 icon on your desktop and then click on either Memory Stick or Phone Memory, then select Document folder and then Unfiled (or any other folder in there) and then do a copy/paste or Drag-n-Drop of the file you want to have in your P800.

Have a Happy Weekend!

I appreciate you're having some problems with your P800.

I have replicated what you are trying to do. I attached my docking station to my PC and then transferred a MS Word file from my PC to the Duo card on the P800 using MS (File) Explorer. I then used, on my P800, an application called File Manager which is part of Tracker to locate the file on the P800. I was then able to use the P800 Viewer app to look at this file (by tapping the file icon when using File Manager).

If you do not have Tracker why download a trial copy from www.handango.com and use this to investigate what files are stored on your P800.

Good luck.

How can I get a hold of a working File Manager?

Isn't it suppost to be on the PC suite CD? I know that I have used it before.

using the "viewer" app you dont even have to search, after you open the app it will show you all the available documents that you can read.... at least it does on my p800
