MPM by itself is useless but MPM-dependent apps won't work without it.

I'm after a stand-alone piece of software,which does everything MPM & Sendfile does,without the need for downloading either.
I've tried that Surgeforce thing that was posted a while ago,
it detects my phone easily,but i can't figure it out.
