Is there anything i am missing, i carried out a master reset on the phone the eventually got the settings from the O2 website. With all of these saved i still get no GPRS( i have not altered anything).

When i look at phone status i get "gprs: No Access. I know this sim works cause if i put it in another phone i get GPRS straight away. exodus told me that he had to wait upto 4 hours for GPRS to register, to me this is not aceptable for a phone that calls itself Easyshare!!

Is there anything else i can try?
Thanks

Thanks mate done that but still no luck, I have the icon above the signal strength that means GPRS is available but it is always grayed out, as i under stand from the manual this has to be full before i can actually connect to GPRS. I dont event get a little planet icon to say "gprs call in progress" when i try to make a call, it just shows connecting for about 1 minute then that dissapears without an error message or anything.

Thanks for your help but i think i may have to visit the o2 shop tomorrow!
