1) Which APN are you using?
2) Does the JID you use in the app HAVE to be @cmessenger.cleverlance.com
All I get is "connecting" for ever!

After testing out different settings it appears that you don't need an APN "internet" data account to be set up with CID=1
You have to set up your active WAP profile to use a Data Account that has APN "internet"

works for me on orange uk using my normal gprs wap settings set it up to show msn and it appears to work with that as well

for your login are you using
username@cmessenger.cleverlance.com
or
username@msn.cleverlane.com .. etc..
