Maybe an suggestion for al the developers around here?

KazAa on the P800

You can download MP3, Documents, Software, Pictures, Movies directly on your P800. Even if the P800 doesn't recognise some extensions like AVI, MPEG etc., you can store it on the Duo and move it on to your PC with the SyncStation. You can play songs directly with the player of KazAa or browse it from the Built-in MP3player. Dito for movies (MP4). You can download files through GPRS, Dial-up, Bluetooth and with your SyncStation. No pop-ups, no commercial ads, no nonsense. The famous P2P will be used on your P800. You can share your files on your P800 with other users who own a P800. You can even share SISfiles. Share apps, games, e-books, emulators and roms. Even Oggfiles can be shared.

Sounds like heaven? Give your opinien about this, let's make those developers create a killer app that would guarantee world peace.

here was what i used to do when GPRS was free in the Philippines...

i connected to the net using GPRS thru my T68/P800 via cable, utilizing it as modem, connected to Kazaa... download MP3s galore!!
left it connected the whole day, it's free. checked the data counters, gigabytes of data downloaded, haha!

hehe, technically that was Kazaa on P800.

I think it's a good idea, some people (like me) have unlimited gprs and i also have internet on my computer but thats very slow and more expensive, so the idea is good. This message was posted from a P800

GPRS is slower than your average modem connection. What would be the point in having your p800 downloading via GPRS (at which point you would not be able to make/recieve calls) at such a slow rate. These days most people have broadband/adsl/cable at home, so downloading at a rate 1/20 of your home connection is ridiculous. I can't really see the need when you're out and about to suddenly decide you need an mp3. Surely it would be better to be able to control your PC from your p800 so if you are out and about and decide you want an mp3 or movie you could log in to your home computer and start the download. Then by the time you get home it would be finished. Plus, as people have said before, GPRS is every expensive per Mb compared to most other things and only a tiny percentage of people have unlimited GPRS for a flat rate.
