check out the FAQ, it give you HTML protocols to post images on the post

It isn't complete. You posted the XML code, that is the color definitions etc. The "tim.gif" and "tim2.gif" pics are missing. Those ought to be in the .thm file as well as the XML code.
Just try opening a .thm file in a text editor and scroll around a bit, you'll see what I mean.
