Hello,

I bought my phone recently and ever since I had it, I have been experiencing two problems: 1) the red LED light on the phone does not go off when I have a low battery, 2) the phone always bothers me many times a day to update my phone clock even though it is the right time.

Is this a problem with my phone, or do I have to perform certain procedures to stop this?

Thanks in advance

Regarding your second problem, you may have the automatic time zones option active. This message was posted from a WAP device

Thanks,

but for the first problem, I tried to go in to the service menu and stry the LED/Illumination test and the red light only appears very faintly in the top right corner of the joystick ... is that how it's supposed to be? The pictures that I usually see show it brighter -- and I can barely see it in the dark

The red LED on the joystick isn't meant to go off when the power is low. It stays on untill you charge the handset. The red LED on my phone also is very dull and seems to be on the top right.
