> Can't load in T68i firmware
Bookmark topic
Hi All,
I have a T68i which is giving me some problems. WHen using the phone I can't hear the other person speaking, and when I move the volume slide up, I get "VOLUME 0/0" and a single volume bar on the screen. This is also the case when I plug in head-phones, etc.
I have been told it's a software problem and to take the phone in for the latest and greatest software. I did just that.
I got a call today from the service center telling me that the phone cannot have the new software loaded because of some component failure on the phone.
Is this possible or is it more likely that the service center don't know what they are talking about ?
Is there any tips on loading software into these units ?
Thanks
Sonny

Think that means that the secure area of the main board is damaged.

It's likely that you got some problems with your EEPROM. Try to uppgrade your telephone on www.sonyericssonserver.com
