I have a faulty p800, which has 2 dead pixels, needs software upgrade and a scratch on the casing.

I went to carphonewarehouse and they said they can repair the phone or give me a reconditioned/refurbished phone next working day.

Any one had any experience with reconditioned/refurbished phones.

Can you tell if they are reconditioned/refurbished ?

Not sure what to do...Help Please.

I haven't had eany experience of such phones but they must be offering some sort of warranty with the refurbished phones... sounds like a good idea - if they're not too expensive ! Probably worth checking them out...

refurbished phones, are phones that have been fixed with brand new housings! I had 1 cos my phone died n it was unda warranty still etc This message was posted from a WAP device

Just went to CPW and they do not have any refurbished ones in stock so the only option is to repair the phone for now.
