Sory to start another topic about this as ther are already so many.

Any of you have instaled IMESH ?? Remove it along with "ADD SUPORT", "NEW NET DOMAIN" and some other apps that. And then reboot !

I removed this apps and my PC now finds my phone (P800) again.
I will try to install IMESH again to check if this is the real problem.

Will post again later.

Please post back, because I did already remove iMesh and it still doesn't work.
Are there hidden files I need to look out for?

I just reinstalled IMESH V4 and the sync stoped working again, so it is IMESH.

It could be one of those spyware apps that IMESH installs, i will try again to remove one by one to see wich one is.

Will probably post again only late night.

I tried again and remooved the following before it started working again(in this order):
IMESH
NewNetDomains
ShopAtHomeSelectAgent
Gator E-wallet
(tried to remove IMESH ADS-SUPPORT but it doesn't uninstall for some reason)

P800 sync is working again, so it is something with IMESH

Installed Gator again and P800 still works.

It work's for me. I tried install and uninstall IMESH, and it works when IMESH is not there, if i install IMESH again, it stop's working.

It could be one of the other apps that IMESH instals like GATOR or others. I only had the apps i listed before, but IMESH can install other apps (spyware), so you may have other apps related to IMESH that i dont (yet) have. Remove everything you know it was not you who instaled.

Everything like "My Toolbar", "ad-support" "gain" "gator" "newnetdomains" (this last one, changes network settings), and all apps like this, remove them.

The problem has to do with TCP/IP, wich is used to "talk" with the phone, that is why the "phone connection link" show's connected, because it is electricaly connected, but it is not recognized by TCP/IP so phone link canīt comunicate.

SE will probably not solve the problem, since the phone link software (the real name is mRouter) is made by this company(www.intuwave.com) and is the same software used for Nokia models, it is OS (symbian OS) dependent, not brand (SE or Nokia) dependent.
It is a platform that SE and Nokia use to build their comunication suites.

As they explain it uses a TCP/IP protocol to communicate with the phone.

I know IMESH has a heavy load on TCP/IP resources, that may explain it. Maybe there are other apps that you may have that do the same.

In my case it is IMESH (or related apps).

OMG....you are so right bug!

It IS bloody IMESH...it is the SHOP AT HOME AGENT!!!!

I had uninstalled imesh ages ago and the phone wouldn't connect...I even uninstalled the shop at home agent...it said it would uninstall on reboot...went through it twice but apparently it did NOT uninstall!

Anyone having this problem...UNINSTALL shop at home agent...make SURE it is uninstalled (my computer restarted spontaneously when I did it successfully).

Presto..problem solved.

Thanks so much bug.com!
