If you read this article it seems clear that the gaming pad (EGB-10) is for the Z600

only thing is.... P800 is aimed at a more business like audience.... not so much a gaming audience....

I think we might well see a bigger gap between pda-phones and gamepad-phones in the future...

And with the fairly short distance that the P800's bluetooth has.... it wouldn't be that fun, especially as I suspect it will cost a fair bit!

well again by tech changing so quickly it looks like although p800 is best phone at min, its soon going to be short lived, still almost had a year out of it, and yes i Agree that games phones are games phones and pda's are for buissness, but really what about the people that want it all! I mean a port of the gamepad for the p900/p810 would be a good idea, Although I use my phone for buisness there is no stoping me when Im bored on the train and cant be bothered pulling my laptop out, to have a whazz on geopod or MGS karting, I mean give me a gamepad and itd be even better, I wudnt stop playing games like sonic, it passes the time on those lonley buisness trips.

I see your point... however I'm thinking of market segmentation....

When you start selling gamepads... you do that with the thought in mind that your main target group will be youngsters. Additional business men that enjoy a good time are just an extra bonus...

With pda phones it's the other way around....

it is my understanding that the z1010 will also operate on normal gsm (it will have to since 3g network is not fully done anyway) so i expect it should take an ordinary sim without trouble
