Can someone please try this and confirm it for me?
I was told that Smart Media cards and SD cards could be used with the MP3 player if you tape a bit of card on the top of media card, (so it fits) and then proceed as normal. I f this is true can you let me know as I can buy cheaper cards than I currently need to.

The SD cards can not be used with the MP3 player because they are already too big to fit in the in the slot in the first place, i dont know about the smart media cards tho.

they differ depending on which one some use sony sticks, mmc , flash ,...
