was in the middle of downloading some emails and it just froze. I held the button in for 10 seconds and tried to reboot. It won't reboot no matter what. Either stays dead or freezes on the welcome screen. I'm traveling, can't reset it, can't get my contacts, can't make calls, etc. I'm dead in the water here. Any suggestions????

I had a very similar problem when i tried copying files from the phones internal storage to my 64mb duo stick, the phone all of a sudden froze, then rebooted itself froze again, this time on the start up screen. holding the power button for 10 seconds did nothing but frustrate me more, so i just kept on removing the battery for about 20-30 minutes then it started working as normal, should work for you too. thanks for the tips. unfortunately I've sent to SE USA repair center in Minnesota. A decision I could come to regret, but I figured worst case they'd update the firmware. They promised me 3-5 days. We'll see I guess.
