> Help NO GPRS on my T610 (Ph)

help!! I just my T610 upgraded, the first problem was the name in the sms and call were place in a wrong way i.e Mr A sms will be place in Mr. Z,same thing goes when Mr A calls me up the name of Mr. Z appears, they told me i had to re-flashed my software R1L, they (SE shop aat SM North Edsa) reflashed it after master resetting, it but now my grps is not recognized by the fone after all setting have been made, MMS ang WAP GPRS (communication error pls contact your wap service provider) i called their CS (GLOBE TELECOM) the CS was gracious enough to guide me step by step but still no avail,
do youthink there is a hardware/software problem?
should i return it to be re-flashed?
btw its warratied
Pasensya sa po kung mali ingles ko,
In short,Ayaw tanggapin yung GPRS/MMS setting pagkatpos ma reflash yung fw, dati naman nagagamit pareho,
yung una problema ang text ni Mr. A, nalalagay sa pangalan ni MR Z. ganun din po kapag tumatawag o tinatawagan

try a master reset again. (i hope you got a backup of your phone data which you can restore after the reset)

ok na po, pinalitan nila ng bago unit, nakuha sa reklamo at na tiyempo na marami sila customer,(pa PR po siguro hehehehe)

yup, i did, i returned the unit where i bought it and they replaced it, they didnt tell me if it was defective or not (maybe its because i bullied them or aomething to that effect)
