I was able to take my phone's backup successfully for the last 2-3 months . i have done this over 15 times but today when i tried it , after analysing it gave a error " Backup Failed : Please make sure that the phone is connected properly "
The phone is connected properly but the backup is not possible .
I also tried on WinME and got same error ..
Anyone facing the same prob ?
Please Help !
