Hi folks!!
I'm sure this has been a common problem in the past, and hopefully an easy one to rectify.
I've just bought my brand new P800 (getting married to it next week!). I plugged in the syncstation to my PC, set it up, but it crashed with a mRouterRuntime error.
I've searched the net, downloaded the latest drivers, installed, and still no joy.
I've read a FEW posts about firewall causing problems, of which I have McAfee Guardian running.
Any ideas on how to rectify the problem?

All firewalls need to be disabled during installation...
