Works just fine for me when backing up SMS and phonebook, data accounts and other stuff sometimes crashes the backup program.

I find it crashes if you try to back up WAP Profiles or restore Data Accounts. Otherwise, it works fine. Forget about backing up java or mophun, the phone doesn't support it.

What have you backed up and successfully restored? Have you ever modified, say, the phonebook backup, and then successfully restored the modified phonebook to the T610? Thanks.

I've done that .... but using a Palm software FunBook & FunSMS. The contact is intact and no problem at all.

Thanks, netsurf. Actually, I was referring to the program PhoneBackup. I can confirm that, except for the WAP profiles, all other backups are produced, but I've not had the courage to restore them, since the program evidently doesn't know the T610.
