I just bought my T39m at the official distributor of ericsson here in my country. But for a few instances my phone will suddenly hung when a wrong voice tag is said ( there are no images but the backlight is still on with a little bluish tint)and also when typing SMS by multitap, the screen suddenly freezes. Could this be cause by software problem. I checked my phone and it's software is R2M. Can you please help me what to do or is an upgrade to a newer version of software the solution. Please advise. thanks
PS. what is the newest version of T39m software.

A friend of mine also got that problem. After sending it into the shop where he bought it 5 times for fixing, he got a new phone.
I would taked it to the nearest Ericsson shop and ask them to upgrade the software. If there isn't are any new software, maybe they can overwrite with same version?!
It's really sad buying new stuff and it doesn't work as it should...
