Hi, I need a few easy question answered and few suggestions on what i should do.
I have recently brought a secondhand orange T610 without sim. I put one of my friend's orange monthly sim in and works perfectly to prove it isn't stolen. The guy sold it to me said it was sim free but the box and instruction said monthly, so i think he is still on a monthly contract before he sold it to me?
1. Does that mean I have to buy a pay monthly sim? But I want to use a pay and go sim, is it possible?
2. Do I need call orange to re-register the phone to tell them i am using this mobile? Because I don't want the IMEI blocked. Do I do that when I buy a new orange sim?

me think it stolen, however if your firend sim works, u can use a pay as u go sim, but new pay as u go sim u have to reg it.
hope that help a bit
edit: how much did u pay for it, u can get it for under £160 now

Thanks Rav250,
I really hope it isn't stolen, but it looks like the real deal, I full package and everything included.
I brought it for £155, I probrably got rip-off again!
So do I have to register the 2nd hand phone and the new sim with orange so they know I am using it and wouldn't cut me off?
Thanks for the help!!

Your best bet if am orange sim works is to buy a pay as you go orange sim they are about 20 quid you should be ok then or get a free say monthly phone and put sim in t 610

I'd go for that too, get a free phone on a cheapo monthly contract and use the sim, then you have a spare phone
