I search and find this message on this forum but cannot locate patch that is relased by SE. So can anyone here tell me where to find and download this pach( or at least send me link) where is told about this patch-tnx

I bought T 310 and battery indicator show 90% , then shut down and power up mobile , now battery indicator show 40%.

it happens with all (well all ive used ) phones....
there is no fix.. its just an annoying bug they have..

how do u load the patch? do u have to leave the phone with service provider and wait for couple hours?

I had the same experience with (Sony) Ericsson phones, but the discrepancies are not to the extent you have mentioned. When repowering the phone it usually displays one or two lines less on the battery meter.

I found that bug is show only when battery has 60% or less!
Or if you have 90% full battery but you power down and power up phone few times!
I have previous T100 and have same bug

The post you have quoted was written before the R3B release so I assume that patch (although I seriously doubt there is such thing) should be included in the latest T310 software release (the aforementioned R3B003). What SW version are you running on?
