Well actually I've got two quetions. When I try to perform a backup window pops up containing two status bars which have sopmething to do with analyzing and transfering the data. But wlile it intializes the phone an error occurs saying that there's a missmatch in data types and asks if the phone is connected properly and I know that it is as I installed some ringtones a few minutes before that. What coud be the reason for that error. I hope that someone has encountered the same problem and managed to fix it.
My second question is how to download ringtones to my computer and then through the syncstation send them to my PC. I didn.t find anything on this subject in the Guide.

The problem is that I don't know how to transfer the ring tones to the audio folder. Which tool of the suite should I use.

Well, if it's a P800, then it really is a simple matter of using the P800 folder in Explorer and dragging/dropping/cut&paste.
You do obviously need syncstation and PC suite installed, it really is just like treating your P800 as another drive.
