I dropped my T610 on the way home from work today, and it did a nice little skid along the road after bouncing a number of times. the result is two big dents in the aluminium from and a scratch accross the screen. The phone also seems to be acting strangly- randomly dropping calls when it's showing good signal strength, loosing the network a lot- and it has turned itself off a couple of times.
Thankfully I have phone insurance with onestopphoneshop.co.uk. My question is, can you see any way of the insurance company (which states 'accidental damage cover') getting out of repairing my phone/giving me a new one? Has anyone had experience with claiming from this company? I've *never* had to make a claim on phone insurance, so I wondered if anyone could advise me of things to say/do etc. - I know insurance companies aren't usually too keen on paying out!

No I haven't sorry, But if your insurance covers you for accidental damage then there shouldn't be any problem
