If anyone has actually heard the default tone for the alarm they will agree that it is TOTALLY inaudible!
So I went and changed it. Went into NOTES; PREFERENCES; and changed the tone to ALARM TONE.
But, when the alarm rang it was still the same inaudible default tone!
I though that maybe I did change it properly, so I went back and changed it again - But still getting the bleeding default tone.
Same problem goes for Calendar alarm too.
Any ideas folks???

The new tone is for the new entries in the Agenda. Old entries are generated with the old tone.

Power down the phone, next time you power it on the tones will be in place.
