> Help with Unlocking P800

I have just purchased from Global Mobility a username and password so i can unlock my P800 through their EricssonClient software. Has anyone used this before as i am having problems unlocking it? basically wot happens is that you input the username and password and then you click on a tab called ''READ GDFS'' it then prompts you to put the batt. back in your phone and turn the phone on. I do this and then nothing happens. i think it should then prompt in the software that it is ''Connecting to Server'' but this never happens. any suggestions?
Any help would be much appreciated

I assume you are using the correct type of T28 cable. I had to use similar s/w on a Win98 machine - is that an issue for you? Have you tried contacting the supplier of the s/w? I know this does not help but I used
