About two weeks ago my T68i keypad stopped responding, so I couldn't answer or make calls or turn it off. Eventually pulled the battery out.
When I switched it back on the keypad was not very responsive, i.e. difficult to enter the pin number. When I got in it started to cycle through the address book on it's own, it would do this intermittently.
anyone heard/have similar problem? Do they know of a fix ?

i just got mine back from the service center. the NO button stopped working completely and the joystick down button was very hard to use. they replaced the keypad and cleaned the joystick.
i would guess that your keypad contacts have worn, and you need to get it replaced... or at lease cleaned
