Every time I syncronise using XTNDConnect PC for synchronising Contacts in outlook on my W2K laptop, my phone switches off. Whether I sync with ir or bluetooth the same thing happens. I can sync tasks and appointments (calender entries) but not contacts, which is maionly what I would like to sync. I have FW R2E006 if this helps.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated????

Well, got the firmware of my phone updated and now I have no problems at all.
