> Handy Safe Serial Problem

Im using Handy Safe for quite sometime. I bought it and it worked fine until recent upgrade to release 3.50. It asks for the serial everytime i switch OFF and switch ON my P800. I keep my serial in Handy Safe! and i get stranded wherever i switch off/on and when im in overseas.
Anybody have same problem??
