Sorry if u have seen this forum in another section,
SINCE NO ONE REPLY ON IT IN THE SOFTWARE SECTION, I HAVE TO POST IT ON HERE.
Hi, guys, i am trying to use other software to connect to my T610 rather than "my bluetooth place" ( which is s%#ks), which is on my desktop, but i just can't connect the phone to my laptop, IT SEEMS THE COM PORT HAS BEEN OCCUPIED by the "my bluetooth place" (even after i close or disconnect the programme),
by the way, when i using the "my bluetooth place" with the Xircom BT pc card, every funcion is working fine, i can send files to the phone and get image, ringtons, etc from it to my laptop.
it just doesn't work with other softwares. when I try to choose COM5 to connect my T610 on any software, it shows " the com port is being used by other software", and i am pretty other BT software is shuted down.
Is there anything to do with "my bluetooth place" on the desktop? have u been through the same situation? I am using Windows XP.
could anyone help me about this, i have no idea how deal with the com port setting, especially with bluetooth.
