I wonder if anyone can help,
I have tried to install the camcorder software, except it will not let me, near the end of the instalation it says ECamCompatability not installed, install it and try again. Have tried to install the ecam.sys file from the ericsson website but still shows the message when i try and install it.
Can anyone help me?

It is under the phone section..the last three characters e.g.
CXC162002 R2D
R2D is your firmware...what is your one?
