ok .. go to c:\program files\sony ericsson\mobile phone monitor
and launch catcheventatl.exe (i think so ) =))) click options .. and in the PORTS menu check your PORT settings
it has to be simillar to settings of your port in the Bluetooth Software settings
thats' it .
then restart and when u'll connect your phone xtnd shouls sync
good luck

Kajama ( and wrath) after I've used my bluetooth dongle ( Belkin) to connect my 610. If I go into Bluetooth Neighbour hood, it's marked as "connected" BUT when I go in Mobile Phone Monitor- there's no phone listed. I have restarted my PC a couple of times, but this hasn't changed anything. And without Mobile phone monitor recognising my 610, I presume XTND is never going to work??

MPM will not try to detect your phone untill some program starts searching for the phone. So, if you simply establish the BT serial connection, MPM will not respond. However if everything was setup correctly (and works), when you try to run XTNDConnect and it searches for your phone, MPM should detect it.
