> Help - T616 Camera not working

I recently purchased a T616, and it appears that my camera is non-operational. When I press the camera button on the side of the phone, or select "camera" from the menu - nothing happens.... Nothing at all.
Also, when I select "camera" on the menu, the select icon on the screen is depressed for around a half second then pops up again and still nothing happens.
Is my camera broken, or is there something I'm missing?

if you just bought it, then take it back and exchange it.

I took the phone back and exchanged it for a new one. Camera works just fine now. Thanks for your help
