> T68i and missed calls
Bookmark topic
Hi!
When I don't answer to the incoming call sometimes my T68i displays "Missed calls: 2". But actually there was only 1 missed call.
It happens very seldom. It's not a soft-bug, it have happened with R2B, R5A, R7A and R8A.
Has anybody experienced the same?

It's the same number, that's rung twice!

No, it is not! Just one ring from one number, but 2 missed calls on display.

Try this. Clear you call list so its blank to begin with. Now call yourself twice, hang up so its a missed call. You will have a note saying "you have two missed calls". When you check your call list your number will only appear ONCE but if you wait for the time to be displayed there will be "(2)" indicating that that number tried calling twice.
The next time you have that problem check if there is that "(2)" after the number. Sometimes when there are network problems such as dropped calls your phone may not ring before the call gets cut hence you thinking that the person only called once since you may not have heard a ring.

You said: "The next time you have that problem check if there is that "(2)" after the number."
I have checked it and usually my phone can calculate

When one person calls twice there are "2 missed calls" on the display, and in the list it shows "(2)" after the name.
But as I said, very seldom it says 2 missed calls -- and there was CERTAINLY only one ring only from one number. And in the list there IS NOT "(2)" after the name.
I guess, this is a little freaky rare behaviour of my phone..
