Anyone else encountered the "fuddled" text?
When I record an appointment or task it seems to write over (possibly under) the "No Appointments" text giving a mish mash of text. This also applies in "Tasks".
Any ideas?

This problem is being addressed by the software writers.
But I am curious. Are you sure you talking about v3.5?
Or do you mean v4.0? Coz this kinda prob exists in v4.0 and not in the earlier version as far as I am aware (I have got v4.0 and the earlier version)
If v4.0 then go to
http://www.my-symbian.com where you will find a long discussion re this problem, why it occurs and the software company's response to the complaints.

Cheers mate,
You're absolutely right, it is V4 I'm running (ooops!).
Thanks a load for the tip / lead..... I'll follow it up.
Much appreciated.

Can't log in to that website (won't seem to accept a hotmail address.)
What's the gist of what they're saying there?

The gist is that there are software issues which create text alignment prblems in the HD4 release (esp if no background / wallpaper is selected).
The programmers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve this and other issues asap.

Arfi-Gorgona,
I've been testing Tracker and Handy Day and have noticed that Tracker seems to use much more battery power than Handy Day (at least v3.5 - testing v4.1 right now).
However, I think that even Handy Day does shorten your battery life somewhat, though not the amount you mentioned (in my experience).

Fair play to the Handy Day lot. V4.1 does seem to have sorted all the problems out.
(And yes I agree - Handy Day hardly seems to drain the battery at all, while Tracker sucks the life blood out of it fast as you like.)

@Arfi-Gorgona
I found my battery going quick with v4 so went back to v3.5.
Now v4.1 has come out everything is fine.
