> R1D to R2F Restore Problems

I have just had my firmware upgraded at CPW from R1D to R2F, They told me there that i will lose the information stored on my phone but was ok if i had it backed up as i could restore it. So i returned and tried to restore my phone memory, but a error message came up saying cannot complete phone restore, have tried it numerous times with no luck. Have tried restoring both phone and memory card but still the same message. Tried asking Orange and they have not got a clue. Of cource me being the non thinking ahead type didnt copy any numbers down, Is there any way i can get the restore to work or is it a lost hope.
Any help would be great, Martin

I hope this isn't insultingly obvious, but you HAVE updated PC Suite to 1.5.1? That is necessary.
