Yes. O2 sent me a sms telling me that if my charger was made in thailand by delta, then DO NOT USE. Phone 0800 5876072 (UK Freephone Number) to exchange.
They have been blowing up/bursting into flames apparently.
I was kinda hoping everyone that posted would make one word posts, just like the first two.

you get a smilar thing popup if you visit the official SE UK site, it has a nice little piccy so u can see what ur sposed to be looking for.
luckily for me, all 4 of my chargers were made by different companies in different countries!
