I did transfer my number from 02 to T-mobile.
So the question is: people call me will be billed as call to 02 or T-mobile?

I remember once though if you ported to BT/O2. O2 users would be billed cross network charges to call you. Even though you would both be on O2?!?
Don't know if this still happesns
