Hi, does anybody use the e-mail alert service with T-Mobile?

I've been using it for almost a year. About two months ago I started receiving the alerts in my Push Inbox rather than as a usual SMS. Apparently, they have some issues with billing these push messages. My messaging usage jumped from mere 150 to over 800 a month. The usage details show a bunch of messages sent the same second. I called the customer service and they promised to research the issue and refund my account before the next billing cycle. However, in the next billing cycles I had the same issues and all I heard from T-Mobile was the following SMS: "Review of text msgs on 8/10 bill found most were for accessing AOL IM with destination 700. We are working to change the decription for these msgs. May want to add bkt of 500 msgs for $2.99 per mo." Obviously I do not use AOL IM, so first I thought they just too dumb or lazy to do the troubleshooting. I called and e-mail them several times but they were consistent in their reply. Now I am considering my options and wanted to know if somebody has the same issues with T-Mobile.
