heyas.. im after a new phone since my T68 contract ran out last month... and cant help notice quite a few ppl here have the T610...... i can get this on a cracking deal atm (free phone and £10 a month tarrif) so i need to know from all u T610 users how good(or bad) this phone is.... best features u use?... general all round opinions plz...... im buyoing tomorow hopefully so help needed asap

this sort of question has been asked many times before and generally if you are moving from a T68/T68i to a T610 you will be pleasantly surprised that you have at least what you had and more.
Indeed if you have not played with a T610 before you will probably have a grin on your face for a while!
Anyway, for the deal you are suggesting you can't lose!

just in case no one knows( i havent checked for dupli posts).... anyone in UK can get this deal from THE LINK phone shops.... all u do is get the phone on the data plan tarif @ £10 a month :0)... most ppl have never heard of it and seem to think that it cant be used for voice calls but it can,,,also not bad call charges and insurance included
)... may need a bit of conincing in some shops though that this tarif exsists.... any probs tell em to phone orange

I have a t610 and to be totally unbias about it, i love it. Im not just saying that cause i forked out £180 for it, but it really is a great phone. One of the coolest things about it is that it is totally customisable... With a different theme the whole look of the phone is changes... every single menu and graphic.
Also it is really small. I saw a guy with a colour phone yesterday and it looked huge compaired to the t610.
I too was wondering if i should get the t610, (was thinking of the nokie 7650) but am truthfull really glad I choose the t610.
If you bought the t610, I bet you wont be able to come back here and say you regret it.

No need to transfer via IR. why dont u do it via bleutooth...you wont have to be sticking both fones next to eachother!!!
u can even do send all, or u can copy all ur t68 contact to ur sim then put it in ut T61x and voila

hmm... cant find a send all option on my T68 :/... so this means i have to transfer all my contacts to my sim... then swap it into my 610 and copy them all to phone memory... then replace the new sim yup?
