My p800 settings (wap, email, gprs, the whole nine-yards) are getting outta control, so I'm gonna reset my phone tonight with a hard reset.
Is there anything I should make a note of, or pay attention to before I do?

-internet accounts
-contacts - I mean the pic and the number connecting! The voice dialing! and your memos for the contacts
this is not everything but some things that you might look over!

Can i backup selected items, and/or can i restore selected items?

well your missing the point!
if you make a backup and then reset it and then restore a back up then you are back where you started again. And have no achieved anything.
kinda sucks cause I would love to reset it but then to redo all the settings would take forever!
