Just been sunning myself in Cyprus for a week, got there P800 in hand, ready to send emails, browse internet ,e.tc.,.....no GPRS
I tried different service providers, but no luck......anyone else had this problem?
On Vodafone UK at home....works every other country i've been to this year......dohhhh...gutted

GPRS roaming is a matter of having an agreement between the different GSM carriers. It will take a while yet before GPRS roaming is as ubiquitous as GSM roaming is today.

What I don't get is why it has to be this way. Just a bit more effort and both carriers get more profits.

It's frustrating knowing there's GPRS out there and you have no access to it!

I have the same problem this summer when i visit cyp well if your provider dont support gprs in cyp then buy a card from the cyp provider and you are ok but to enable gprs in the card you must phone them i think.

Of course you dont they dont have it from default i think you must ask for it .I ask for gprs form the vodaphone in my they dont have it from default.!
