To all the smart ones here,
How do you transfer picture from T610 to a computer using a data cable (and NOT bluetooth or InfraRed). What software can do this? I noticed softwares like sendfile or Sony Ericsson Image editor have only a download function and have no upload from the phone. What gives?

There may well be 3rd party solutions not described in the thread mentioned but the standard SE solutions do not provide transfer of pics from phone to pc via cable.

Ok thanks! Was hoping for a better answer. I wonder why SE didn't make it work both ways?

Better get a Ir - Usb adapter for better connectivity. It's fun to use and easy to install. Very handy if you have other Ir devices: PDA ...

Hi
I found a lot of wrong talks here that it is impossible to download pictures from T610 to PC over cable. This is depends of the software you use for. If you have cable MA-8910 and HANDSET MANAGER software, you can download pictures with no problem. Please see www.mobileaction.com

IR is the best and the easiest way to transfer pics from T610 to your computer or visa - versa. I use IR with my laptop. Buy an IR -USB connector for your computer and try it.

I doubt that you can use the MA cable for anything else then Handset Manger. You'll be probably better off spending the same money on an IR (or even bluetooth) adaptor, and using software + full phone functionality.
